赵睿才，山东青州人。文学博士，儒学高等研究院教授，博士生导师。主要从事唐代文学与民俗研究、杜甫研究、韩柳研究及经学研究。专著《时代精神与风俗画卷》、《唐诗与民俗关系研究》，均获得山东省社会科学优秀成果三等奖；专著《百年杜甫研究之平议与反思》，获得山东省社会科学优秀成果二等奖。以第二作者协助张忠纲先生出版《新译杜甫诗选》、《杜集叙录》、《杜甫大辞典》等，参加《杜甫全集校注》的撰写工作，分获第三十次山东省社会科学优秀成果特等奖并一等奖、第二届全球华人国学成果奖与首届“宋云彬古籍整理奖”。专著《唐代文学隅论》在《文史哲》杂志的扉页上做过介绍；为《经学十二讲》撰写孟子部分，成为多个网站“现代文阅读”的典范。又为北京大学《儒藏》（精华编）校点《诗经通论》。主持国家社科基金项目两项、教育部人文社科研究项目一项。在《文史哲》等杂志发表论文五十馀篇。
